Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of your care. This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for therapy services if you are not using insurance or are paying out of pocket. While the exact number of sessions you may need can vary, we are happy to provide a written estimate upon request so you can plan for your care with confidence and clarity.
For more information about your rights or to request a Good Faith Estimate, please contact us directly.

Insurance and Superbill Reimbursements
On Common Ground Counseling is a private pay practice and does not participate directly with insurance providers. However, we are happy to provide monthly superbills—detailed receipts you can submit to your insurance company to request reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits.
Many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement, depending on their plan. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider to ask about coverage for out-of-network mental health services. We’re also available to help you understand how to use these benefits and advocate for yourself within the insurance system.
By choosing private pay, you gain greater privacy, flexibility, and control over your treatment—without the limitations often imposed by insurance.
